By accessing the tableplus5 website at tableplus5.app, creating an account, or using any feature of the platform — including sports betting, live casino, fish games, slots, eBingo, or online poker — you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of tableplus5 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Only one account is permitted per person, per household, and per device. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds may be withheld pending investigation.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tableplus5 account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. Do not share your login details with anyone.

tableplus5 uses OTP verification via your registered Philippine mobile number and SSL encryption to protect your account. You are responsible for keeping your registered mobile number active and accessible. If your number changes, update it through account settings promptly.

All deposits and account transactions on tableplus5 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied — what you deposit is credited to your account in the same amount.

Supported deposit methods include Philippine online and mobile banking, local bank transfer, and e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Availability of specific channels may vary. Check the platform for the current list of supported payment options.

• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — payments made from an account belonging to someone else — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must pass identity verification (KYC). This typically requires a valid government-issued Philippine ID and proof of your registered mobile number. Verification is a one-time process.

• Withdrawal processing times depend on your payment method and your VIP tier.
• VIP Silver, Gold, and Diamond accounts receive priority withdrawal processing, with Diamond accounts placed at the front of the queue.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PHP and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.

All games and betting markets on tableplus5 — including sports betting, live casino, fish games, slots, eBingo, and online poker — are subject to their respective game rules, which are available within each game or section of the platform.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted and settled based on the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed, unless a technical error has occurred.
• In-play betting is available for selected markets. Bets placed after a live event outcome has been determined — due to a delay or technical issue — may be voided.
• tableplus5 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or limit stake sizes on any event at its discretion.
• Results are based on official sources. Disputes regarding outcomes are resolved using verified official records.

For casino games, fish games, and slots, outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. tableplus5 does not manipulate game outcomes.

eBingo draws run on a fixed schedule. Players must join before the draw closes. Late entries are not accepted once a draw has commenced.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on tableplus5 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical assistance to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game format.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or misrepresenting your identity during KYC.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity (money laundering).
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing a minor — anyone under 21 — to use your account.

tableplus5 monitors account activity and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious behaviour. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, all winnings generated during that period may be voided regardless of the method used.

tableplus5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Requests from the account holder to close their account (including self-exclusion).

In cases of account closure due to a breach, any balance associated with the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonuses — may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, any legitimate account balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.
